Notes:olimakiella, I wanted to do something for your prompt from the moment I saw it. I wish I could have done more with it, but I hope it is close to what you had in mind, and most of all that you like it!
Some of the crew of Serenity pose for you: Captain Harry Potter, the former sergeant of a defeated rebel army; Dr. Draco Malfoy, a highly intelligent doctor on the run from the government with his genius (and mentally unstable) sister, Luna; Ron Weasley, the ship’s pilot; his wife, Hermione, the Captain’s second-in-command both on board and, previously, in battle.
The horrifyingly brutal and savage Reavers are close, and getting closer. Serenity’s crew is armed and heading out, but Draco’s staying behind with Ron, to be ready to treat injuries.
All safe after a long and harrowing day, Harry’s check-up with Draco finishes on a higher note.
